Release 3.7 – May 8, 2020

Release 3.7 – May 8, 2020

1. Paid Subscription Plans

Users who create a Free account can upgrade their account to get higher account limits and access to certain features. These account limits include:

  • Seats – These are Managers and Administrators that can create and distribute content.
  • Viewers – User that Play your video within the subscription time period.
  • Integrations – Active Integration such as Zoom or Slack.

All accounts get our Starter Plan to try our product. Currently, we offer two Solutions:

  • Brand Community Activation. Focused on increasing your viewer limits. This is for users who wish to distribute videos to viewers based on a product, topic, or passion. Turn your users into a community, thereby building brand loyalty and business growth.
  • Communication & Engagement. Focused on increasing your content creators. This is for users who wish to share videos within a defined group to increase audience engagement, or boost workplace productivity.

Each Solution has two Plan Levels that allow certain metrics for each Solution + Plan Combination.

  • Teams Plan. This is an upgrade to the Starter Plan and includes an increased amounts of Seats, Active Viewers, and Integration. It also includes Reports Access.
  • Business Plan. This is an upgrade to the Teams Plan and includes Insights.

An Admin can Manage the plan on their account by going to the Admin App. The top right corner of the Account Info box shows:

  • Allowed metrics on the account based on the Plan(s) on the account
  • Manage Plan button that the admin can click to add/upgrade/downgrade/remove a plan.

The next 3 boxes shows the data that is Month-to-Date for the account, that is, the metrics from the 1st of the Month to the current Date.

  • Plays – A “Play” is counted per user per conversation per day. For example,
    • If UserA plays Conversation1 one time on Day1 – that is 1 Play.
    • If UserA plays Conversation1 5 times on Day1 – that is 1 Play.
    • If UserA plays Conversation1, one time each day for 5 days – that is 5 Plays.
    • If UserA plays Conversation1 and Conversation2 on Day1 – that is 2 Plays.
    • If UserA and UserB play Conversation1 one time on Day1, that is 2 Plays.
  • Viewers – A Viewer is a distinct user who interacts on the player for the month and at a minimum launches the Player. This count resets at the 1st of every month. For example, if March had 1000 Active Viewers, if 800 of the March users play a video in April, and there are 50 news users in April, April’s Viewer count will be 850. The Percentage usages helps an admin see what percentage of allowed metrics they used for the month.
  • Seats – A Seat is a distinct Admin or Manager on the account. Therefore the total number of distinct Admins or Managers on the account will be the number of Seats. The Percentage usages helps an admin see what percentage of allowed metrics they are using.

When an admin signs up for a Plan, the Plan Billing Date will be the 1st of the month. The admin can go to the Billing History to see past invoices for charges and refunds.

  • If the admin signs up during the month, they will see a charge that is prorated from the current date to the end of the month.
  • If the admin removes a plan during the month and they have already been billed, they will see a refund that is prorated from the following day to the end of the month.
  • If the admin upgrades a plan level from Teams to Business, they will see a charge that is pro-rated for the Business Plan from today to the end of the month. The full Business Plan charge will be billed on the 1st of the month.
  • If the admin downgrades a plan level from Business to Teams, they will see a refund that is credited for the Business Plan from today to the end of the month. The full Teams Plan charge will be billed on the 1st of the month.

Notes:

  • getrali.com emails who are added as Admins or Managers in your account or Player conversation to assist do not use Seats or Viewers metrics.
  • A user is only counted as one Seat if they are both an Admin or Manager

    • have been used to purchase subscription plans
